TREIF also remains true to the principle of oil-free cutting with the DISKUS SBS self-service machine. The DISKUS SBS cuts all types of bread cleanly. This bread slicer, which carries the GS quality mark (safety tested according to German standards), comes with a completely reliable safety system that prevents any risk of injury. The operator can select one of three predefined cutting thicknesses by simply pressing the button.
At the second largest bakery products fair in Europe, Europain Paris, TREIF received the innovation prize in March 2010 for the great innovation potential of the DISKUS SB.
